Description: D.I. Water Recirculation (WR20) Option, Semitool (SRD-06-00376)

Semitool D.I. Water Recirculation (WR-20)option can be used on all Semitool Spin Rinser Dryer Models. This option provides recirculation of DI water when the spray manifold is closed. DI supply is diverted through an additional water valves and to the facility DI recovery system. Note that 2ea. are needed for "Double Stack" systems.
