Semitool "Single Stack" Spin Rinser Dryer on a roll around cart with 102 controller. Capable of processing up to 8" low profile cassettes. Possible options include: rotors, static eliminator, resistivity probe and DI water recirculation. Systems are offered as "operational" or "fully refurbished". "S" model upgrade includes class 10 Poly, Quick disconnect rotor and a N2 rear seal.
