Semitool D.I. Water Recirculation (WR-20A) option can be used on all Semitool Spin Rinser Dryer Models. This option provides a low flow of recirculation of DI water when the spray manifold is closed. DI supply is diverted back through the water valves to the drain box. Flow is metered for desired setting. The run T fitting and metering valve are included with the purchase of valve. Note that 2ea. are needed for "Double Stack" systems.
