Semitool 480-S "Single Stack" Spin Rinser Dryer
* Single SRD System on a "roll around cart"
* PSC 101 or 102 controller.
* Capable of processing up to 8" low profile cassettes.
* Systems are offered as "operational" or "fully refurbished". * * "S" model upgrade includes class 10 Poly, Quick disconnect
rotor and a N2 rear seal.
* Possible options include: rotors, static eliminator, resistivity
probe and DI water recirculation.
Note: All single stack Spin Rinser Dryers will require 1 each of any options or rotors specified.
